What Led To President Donald J Trump's 2026 Massive Midterm Loss Of The House & Senate?

Greedy...volatile...erratic behavior.

Those are some of the words that I consistently used in a variety of my posts from the beginning of President Donald J Trump's second term (January 20, 2025), particularly in relation to his unpredictable and nonsensical actions regarding tariffs on other countries, especially, his unwarranted trade war with Canada (America's largest trading partner), as well as his costly war against Iran.

I won't bother repeating everything that I said in those posts, but you can read them here, here, here and here.

Those issues simply cannibalized the successful policies that he was able to secure, to date.

No doubt, voters were fatigued fed up by all of this, as they voted to install Democrats as the governing party and kick out the Republican majority in both the U.S. House and Senate on November 3rd.

I would caution Democrats, however, that voters can be very fickle.

So, if they overplay their hand by focusing all of their attention on inflicting punishment against Trump and his administration, rather than producing positive economic results for their electors, they will find themselves unceremoniously thrown out of power in the upcoming 2028 presidential election.

If you thought the last two years were a bumpy ride, wait 'till the next two start in January 2027...and keep an eye on inflation!

So, buckle up!
