I wrote a number of articles over the years from the time that the COVID-19 virus first appeared in China, before spreading around the world in 2020. It was then designated a pandemic by the WHO.
It was a deadly 'novel' virus and has killed millions of people worldwide ever since.
From 2020 to 2022, US government Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci was the scientific advisor to and spokesperson for both President Trump during his first term and President Biden during his one and only term in office.
During that time period, there were a number of conflicting ideas, theories and studies from numerous sources around the world about this virus, remedies and its origins, etc. Various mandates were issued for lockdowns, closures and vaccines, etc., many of which proved to be harmful to people, their health and well-being, and the economy.
US Senators released shocking detailed information last week that Dr. Fauci allegedly lied to the public about numerous issues (suggestions, remedies, virus origins, mandates, etc.). He, seemingly, was saying one thing in public, while writing the opposite in his diary at work on his government computer.
Apparently, he wrote in his diary that he developed a pulmonary embolism after receiving the Moderna covid vaccine, but he never released that information publicly.

As you can see from the video, the hearing was very contentious. Dr. Fauci refused to answer all questions (111 times).
This last episode in Dr. Fauci's 54-year career paints a large stain on his legacy.
How does a nation ever recover from the harm inflicted by the virus and all the 'so-called' remedies, vaccines, mandates and disinformation issued by 'so-called' medical experts?
